With over 130,000 unique visitors each year, the LondonAir website is the main portal for Londoners to find out about the air pollution around them. We are undertaking a major update to the website over the coming months.
On 29 January, local authority and NGO representatives attended the first workshop for the project. This covered design changes and new features including:
- A new page and navigation layout
- An update to the guide
- An air quality quiz
- A discussion page based on the health impact of air quality
- Pollution routes
- Updated and improved annual maps
- Advanced tools
Discussions at the workshop provided great feedback for our web team on new ideas to display data and different ways to present information to the public.
We are looking for user testers to give us feedback as we develop prototype pages. Please email valentina.lotti@kcl.ac.uk if you would like to get involved.
